It's only being cut back majorly in some areas, not everywhere. Mine happens 
to be 1 of those areas but repeaters way up top of the band shouldn't be 
effected, and I'm not sure how low in the band but I think if they wanted to 
rework the band with repeaters down in the 430s, they could do that as long 
as it was down low. I'm not sure on that but I think so but the band isn't 
going completely away. Not yet anyway.
