Lou,

Thanks for that comment.  I haven't had the chance to play with the newer
relay type tuners so I guess I didn't know how good I had it.  I also have a
dentron external tuner and one from MFJ and their performance seems to
compare favorably with the internal tuner on the 440.  I'd love something
more up to date but I expect I'll use the good old 440 until it simply
refuses to turn on.  73.  Lou WA3MIX
