I got a very good deal, compared to the regular price, on my victor reader 
vibe from them. I've often thought about getting software as a backup though 
last I looked some wouldn't work with IE7, what ever that has to do with 
it,and there were a couple other things too I wasn't crazy about with others 
though for a backup I may still get the cheapest one. Anyway, I guess point 
being, you might check in to the deals if any, maybe you can ask if there 
are any deals or something. That, or find out why it's crashing and fix 
that.
