Hey Butch.

If you ever find anything on the 3530, send it to me as I'm in the same 
boat.  I've only been able to program mine by getting a sighted friend to 
read his manual to me over the radio and to follow the steps that he is 
reading me on the radio.  So far, I've been fortunate enough not to hit a 
wrong key and interrupt  the conversation while he is still reading to 
me.  I had to go through an exercise like that two weeks ago to program the 
PL deck on the TM3530.
