Old news Harvey.  While committed funding is somewhat short things are
moving ahead.  If you look at the GAO report, it had its own flaws and
needs redone.  The GAO folks did not do their homework.

Yes, accept as I understand it, Congress has opposed this project and
therefore has cut back funding of it because many members feel that NLS
should have used existing digital technology rather than developing its
own.
