Hi Tracy;

First of all, like others have said on this list, you can get your battery 
pack re-built.

I know that the F6 is a lot of money however, you can work that ht 
independently of any computer or sighted assistance.

That includes putting memories channels in and changing menu settings.

It doesn't have speech however, the beeps are very intuitive.
