When you performed the printer cleaning and charging, did it print?  If 
not, the ink jet assembly is probably clogged.  Unlike most HP's and 
some other brands where the inkjets are part of the cartridges, on most 
Epsons they are separate parts.  In general, the cost of paying someone 
to service it approaches the cost of a printer, so unless you want to 
try to repair it yourself,  I would look for a new printer.  There are a 
few websites with info on disassembly and cleaning.  It's good practice 
to turn off most printers when not in use so the print heads get 
'parked' which reduces the problem of dried ink clogging the heads.
