I wrote to Bonefish Grill to ask when they apply the sauces, since the Asian one is not gf. Other sauces are.

Here's the reply.

A couple of people did write to me to say they've been glutened at Bonefish, including a group of people with celiac who made arrangements in advance. Such is the risk anywhere.
