I have 3 kids- 5, 3, and 9 months. three years ago I tested my older 2 kids through enterolab

  - my 5 yr old (2 at the time) tested with slightly elevated levels (not to a diagnostic level) in his stool and positive gene test. he had only been eating gluten occassionally at playgroups, friends, etc. not at all at home.
  - my 3 yrs old (infant at the time) tested positive on the gene test.

my question now is- do I try a gluten challenge on them? I'd hate to make them sick for a "for sure" diagnosis, but at the same time I hate telling them they can't have it if there is a chance they can.
My second question- do I bother with the gene test on my 9 month old? or do I just keep her GF for a few years and do a gluten challenge later?

Thanks in advance!
