Finding a gf filler for meatballs or meatloaf can be confusing.  I have found thru the years that you can use, in same amt as breadcrumbs....cooked rice, crushed gf crackers, almond meal or another nut meal, and of course, gf b-readcrumbs

Some years ago I came across tthe suggestion to leave out the eggs and filler and sub- 1 cup plain yogurt for both.  The original recipe used a teas of cinnamon as -the only spice. -Cook as usual.  Great!--
