Hello,

 

Now I understand the confusion regarding the Honey Baked Ham Co.  In parts
of the country they're GF but not in my area (CA).  Following is their
explanation:

We have 4 Corporations and 4 different shipping facilities and unfortunately
we do not all carry the same products. Below is a list of the ingredients of
our products out of California.

 

Ingredients

 

Our Honeybaked Hams are cured with:

 

*Pork, Water, Salt, Sodium Lactate, Sugar, Sodium Phosphates, Sodium
Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite*

 

Spices and Glaze contain:

 

Processed from: Sugar, Gelatin, Honey Powder (honey, high fructose corn
syrup, wheat starch, corn syrup, soy flour) Paprika, Dextrose, Spices,
Natural Flavorings.

 


*Please provide references to back up claims of a product being GF or not GF*
