There is an interesting book on fats that some of you might like to read called:
Fats and Oils
by Udo Erasmus.
He also is very negative about trans-fatty acids. After we read his book,
we went back to butter.
By the way, I'm one of ones from the autism list trying to do both gluten
and casein free. Does anyone know if butter has casein in it, or is it
really all fat?
