Gefen brand cookies for Passover (kosher for Passover and non-gebrochts) are delicious.

The chocolate brownie ones are really good. Don't taste gluten-free or Passover-ish.

The cinnamon ones taste like normal snickerdoodles.

Just a warning....Passover backed goods are loaded with palm and coconut oils, eggs, salt, and sugar.....Not the healthiest of baked goods, even if they actually are getting quite palatable (compared to years ago, when they were unhealthy and tasted like cardboard!)
