Several have emailed me asking which vitamins I use.  By LAW, the ingredients in vitamins must be listed on the label so you can immediately tell if it is gf.

I live in NYC and buy vitamins that are made locally.  Twin Labs is made on Long Island, so that is a favorite as is Schiff.  Ask in health food store for recommendations.

Just remember, get the NON-REFRIGERATED probiotics.  That way you can carry it with you at all times.
