Dear Listmates,

Generally the words celiac disease and flaky pie crust are not used in the
same sentence. This is not the usual two crust pie but something fresher and
lighter. The even better news is that this dessert is also very easy to
make. Go to: http://tinyurl.com/2wao33 and look for New/Revised in red.
There are actually two featured items, but only one of them is a dessert.

Please let me know if this dessert works for you. Oh, yes, the chef is
actually Hallie, my Everloving. I do the breads, she does everything else.
