I ate yesterday at PF Changs. Used the gluten free menu. Only one problem. A new waitress who hadn't heard of gluten free and frankly, was rather disdainful of entire situation.

However, I insisted that I knew there was a gluten free menu. She did bring me the menu. However, I didn't catch that menu was two sided, but only one side was gluten free. The other side was for "Training Table." It had many of the gluten free items -- high protein, low carb. I only caught it when I saw there was a dessert on it that clearly contained wheat flour.

My adult daughter then patiiently and calmly turned the menu over and showed me the gluten free side!

I'm not yet 60! I felt like I was on a TV commercial. But the food was very good.

Linda
