I did something to my back again in the last day or two.  It has been aching
off and on for the last couple of weeks but last night, the lower left of my
back was hurting all day and it got worse as the day went on.  By the time
we went out to eat last night for Sandy's birthday, it was really hurting
and I ended staying up most of the night because I could not find a place,
or spot, that was comfortable.  That included our bed, which I tried about
three times, our couch, and a recliner rocker in my office.  I finally got a
little sleep by finding a spot where I could lay on the couch at just the
right angle to keep it from hurting sharply.  It is down into my leg again
like the Sciatica was a year ago and my whole leg from the knee to my lower
back on that left side not on is in continuous pain but the muscle spasms
drive me crazy.  So your prayers would be appreciated.
