Hormel Boullion is marked GF right on the package.
Health Valley makes a beef broth but not a consomme. You can
probably cook down 2 cans of broth to one can making the equivalent
of consomme and add some salt.

We don't use commercial broth or boullion cubes because they invariably
have an allergy issue (gluten,soy, corn,msg)
and taste fake. When I make a potroast, I save the beef broth and if I
can't use it soon, I put it in tupperwear and
freeze it for gravy, or making onion soup.
