O.K. I'm getting close to making the reservations for the Alaska Cruisetour. 

Specifically...has anyone had success (or trouble) eating at the Princess-owned lodges in Fairbanks, Denali, and Mt. McKinley?

I've got a call into the Fairbanks Princess Lodge this morning, and although the reservation girl never heard of gluten, she left my ph. number for the manager. The other lodges are closed for the winter.
