It's so funny. Well, not really. Intriguing might be a better word. I
ate so much of what was supposed to be "healthy". FDA suggestions, food
pyramid. I stuck by it. Look where it got me. 5'4" and topped out at
215lbs. The SECOND I switched to Paleo, that changed. Literally. The
first two days I dropped 7 lbs. And I was eating, like, non-stop. So now
when people tell me they're eating "healthy", I just shake my head. Fresh,
fresh meat, fruit, veg--that's the only way to go for me. I adored bread
and cheese, but I haven't missed them one bit. And neither has my stomach
(no more upset stomachs!!).
