The reported around 200 so-called gallstones that people see after these
cleanses, are not gall-stones - they are an artifact of the cleanse.  They
are saponified fats that form in a similar to the way soap is made, and are
formed from a combination of bile salts and fat globules.  The gallbladder
would not be capable of containing that number of 'stones' - indeed, when
there are stones in the gallbladder, they are usually only a few or less.

Following this cleanse may dislodge real gall stones that are not causing a
problem, and force them to the ducts and causing them to get stuck there
causing a lot of pain, and can lead to life threatening cholecystitis.
