Hi Adrienne, One thing that makes my BP fly is having my wife comment
negatively on my health or diet! Just a suggestion, but if he is such a
fitness freak he is probably concerned about that high BP reading
already, but no man wants to hear about it from his wife. It reminds
him of when he was a child having to obey the whims of his mother and
teachers. Just leave him alone. Let him stew about it. It isn't logical
or reasonable, but some things a man just does not want to hear from
his wife.
I assume he buys all that crap food himself, and cooks it himself?
