Hello I am posing this issue for suggestions or comments to see if others have the same
issues.
It seems that my body has grown sensitive to things that may have fiber such as green
beans, carrots, broccolli, green leafy veggies, brown rice, even tomatoes. And I have
grown sensitive to corn.
Seems like the next day I will have several bowel movements and also some stools with
water just flowing. At some point it will stop on its own so I don't resort to taking
Immodium or anything. It is a terrible topic, but really would like feedback. I read alot
about fiber but seems like I just react very easily to fiber containing foods. I have tried to
reduce my intake by quite a bit and still seem to have a problem even with small
quantities. Not to mention, some of us women may have uterine fibroids which quite
possibly can cause digestive issues?
Please feedback is most appreciated. I am just perplexed and saddened about this.
