Only received two responses... Thank you to both of
you! Greatly appreciated - Beth
1) We loved the Island of Taboga, an hour's boat ride
from Panama City. Had no problems getting the food I
need. Little wheat used - mostly corn. Lots of seafood
- yum! Have a blast - I am green with envy!!
2) Attached is a Spanish dining card. I was only in
and around Panama City, but found the local people
very nice and accommodating. You can get plain
cooked meat and vegetables without a problem. We did
take a day trip on a boat thru a few locks in the
canal. It was great fun and I hope you will be able
to experience that while you're there. The canal is
fascinating!
