I've seen the request for a weight gain diet, my suggestion is to take steroids.  Unwanted steroids from a Pituitary Tumor (Cushing's Disease)  put on lots of unwanted weight.  I'm looking for suggestions for loosing these 100 lb of unwanted weight. Lap band is not an option due to previous surgery.
