I highly recommend Gefen's cookies that are made for Passover. Just tried the chocolate brownie cookies. Out of this world. Haven't tried the other varieties yet. They're new to my local supermarket. I don't know if they're a new product for Gefen brand, but they're non-gebrochts (definitely gluten-free). The chocolate brownie ones are small and crisp. Would travel, although I'd take them out of the box and put them in a plastic baggie or container to take up less room.

Also, I highly recommend a cookie I've gotten for years....Hagadda's Baby Fingers (a cookie version of lady fingers). I usually buy several boxes of these and freeze them. It looks like they put fewer cookies in the box this year.

In both cases, the boxe size give you the impression that you're getting more cookies than they really contain, but at least the cookies are good.

Caveat: Those of us who are on an additional diet (weightloss, cholesterol), be aware that many of the Passover products are made with potato starch, palm oil, coconut oil, eggs, and loads of sugar.

(I have no connection to either company. I'm just recommending, because some Passover products taste like cardboard. They've gotten much better over the years, as have gf products.)

Lin
