MEETING AGENDA
 
-DVD viewing of "Unlocking the Mystery of Wheat and Gluten Intolerance" -
Thomas O'Bryan, DC, CCN with Susan Vess, author of "SPECIAL EATS Gluten-Free
& Dairy-Free Cooking" - This informative DVD offers insight into the
physiological and neurological effect wheat and other grains have on the
entire body. Bring your notepad to take notes!

-Business Meeting: election of officers, upcoming plans for 2008, CSA
correspondence
 
-Bread sampling. Bring your favorite bread to share with the group.  If your
personal favorite is home baked please bring copies of the recipe to share.
If you used a mix, please bring the empty package.  Butter, Earth Balance
Spread, and Jam will be provided. Cut slices of bread into quarters for
sampling. Suggestion:  If needed, please toast the bread for enhanced flavor
and texture before bringing the bread. 

* Please remember some posters may be WHEAT-FREE, but not GLUTEN-FREE *
