Hi all!

I'm looking for some Christmas gifts.  I'd like to give my parents a book by 
Jamie Buckingham.  I don't remember the exact phrasing of the title, but 
it's like this: "the Truth will set You Free, but First it will Make You 
Miserable".  I've tried looking in Christian bookstores like CBD.com and 
Family Christian Stores on MyPowerMall, but I don't see that title.  Last 
year I found it at Alibris and ordered it, but it turned out to be a mistake 
and I was refunded.  Why is it that some books don't make it to, or stay in, 
mainstream stores, and is there a better way to look for it?

I'm also looking for the music artist, Carmen.  Is Carmen the first name, or 
the last name?  And what's the other part of his name?  He's the one with 
titles like "Satan, bite the dust" and "Addicted to Jesus".

Any other ideas for conservative, elderly parents, and a family with teens 
and young adults? (people I live around.)
