My husband came home with a gorgeous box of assorted traditional  
french macarons with infused ganache fillings last night, from a new  
bakery in Beverly Hills, called Paulette.  I sent an e-mail just to  
confirm that they were indeed gluten free and received this response:
Hi ,
Yes we confirm our macarons are gluten free : we put white eggs , almond
flour and sugar . Some of them have corn starch ;Call us at the store  
if you
need more information . Thank you
