Hi all,

I have been taking melatonin on advice of a friend to help with jet
lag. I just looked at the label and it says that people with
auto-immune conditions should not take it. Would that apply to us?
In good news, Qantas airlines was wonderful with providing GF meals,
though the snacks were generally not GF. Australia was much easier
than any place I have been. There was even a GF restaurant in the
Rocks neighborhood in Sydney called DARE (Delicious and Responsible
Eating). Everyone seemed to know what GF or GI (they often call it
gluten intolerant) required.
