I had a chance to eat at Boston's The Gourmet Pizza in Waldorf, Maryland. I
was overwhelmed at the service I received. I contacted the manager on duty
the evening before and told him that I would be coming the next day. When I
was seated at the restaurant the general manager came and asked for my
order, cooked my food and brought it to me. I was very impressed and the
food was excellent. Three other managers came to introduce themselves to me
during my meal. I was even more impressed when the next time I went I was
taken care of by yet another manager who again took my order and cooked my
food. I was told by the mangers that they are trained in cooking for people
who have allergies and in my case Gluten Free. If you get a chance to visit
one of these restaurants ask to speak to the manager. The waiters were very
professional. The second time I ate there was with a group of 12 ladies.
Our service again was fast and complete.

I don't own any of these restaurants, I wish I did. It is just another
choice for Celiacs.
