Hi.

I have a Kenwood TS790 which is a dual band all mode 2 meter/70 cm
radio. It has an exquisitely sensive receiver that makes the one in the
TS2000S look like garbage, but the layout of the panel is very
confusing. Does anyone have a key chart, or instructions for this radio?

By the way, I am not making the above comparison in a vacuum. I just
finished working the VHF contest, and in making some comparisons between
the radios, the TS790 smoked the TS2000 on both UHF and VHF, largely
because the TS790 has a very low noise floor and lots of sensitivity. I
found that the differences between the noise floors in the two radios was
enough to make the difference between copy and no copy with some of the
weak signal work.
