I'm actually considering getting the Ten-Tec Argonaut rig and programming it 
with a computer.

It seems to have an interface for psk31 already built in.

I had understood that Ham Radio Deluxe had a module for psk31 in it.

When I get closer to making a purchase I'll get back to you for more info.

I also know that Turtle Beach makes a very good usb sound card.

I'm using an hp Pavilion of some sort with Jaws version 8.

It has an internal sound card.
