        First, it saddens me that you feel left out. There are many things
said here that would be hard to understand when read out of context. I
think I would have a better chance of explaining this, however, if you gave
some specific examples of what you do not understand. I do not always
understand when they speak of Botox injection, Baclofen pumps, etc.
