Ghirardelli chocolate

Per a phone call to Ghirardelli:

(I do not have any interest in the company, just passing on the information)  


NO WHITE CHOCOLATE baking chips. These are outsourced.  Gluten Ingredients stated on the package. 

The Squares of chocolate are GF,,,,,there is no gluten in the facility.   

The other flavors of the chocolate baking chips are GF:

Milk Chocolate chips
Semi Sweet chips
60% Bittersweet chips
