There is a report in the medical literature (reference- Chest.
2002;122:1497) which states that a patient taking Singulair
(montelukast) for asthma also experienced a dramatic relief from
celiac gastrointestinal symptoms.  Since montelukast inhibits the
development of inflammation this is plausible.

Have any celiacs taking Singulair noticed a dramatic improvement in
gastrointestinal symptoms?
