Celiac Newby - Diagnosed January 31, 2008.  Birthday Feb 4.  Husband wants to find source for a gluten-free birthday cake in Morris (Morristown, etc.,) New Jersey or northern Pennsylvania.  All suggestions happily received.  Probably a doctor in the area would be a good thing, too.  Is there a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's store that would have such an item?  Any other bakery or food source - even just a cake mix package???  Thanks.  Gayle Kennedy
