Sharon and Vinnie. No it is not free. There are various versions and 
completeness of libraries. I paid $350 for mine originally back in 96 or so 
and upgraded it once since for $150. , although expensive, you'd pay much 
much more for the references contained in it if you bought print books. Go 
to www.biblesoft.com for more info.
