We're pleased to announce that our products will be available in stores by the
end of the month from New England to Richmond, VA to western, PA. Can
more of the country be far behind?

We just returned from exhibiting at Expo East Natural Foods Show in
Baltimore. It was encouraging to see so many dedicated GF companies, as
well as many companies with GF offerings. Among others, we met Mary of
Mary's Gone Crackers, George of Foods By George, Michael Smulders of Bakery
on Main, Bob of Bob's Red Mill, Betty of Betty Lou's Inc, and Carol Fenster. It
was great to put a face on names that have given so much to the world of GF
food.

My latest favorite testimonial (from Harrison, a non celiac 14-year-old):
"I like your breads even better than real bread. I'm going home and eating
TEN bagels."
