I paid about that for mine, except I didn't get the DRu3 module in 2002.

well, less then half of what it was worth with the two extra peaces only a
few years ago...that radio has depreciated more then any i've seen...though
there must be others that have gone down like that too.
Did you get the dtmf mike with it? or do you have a spair 8 pin kenwood dtmf
sitting around somewhere?
or perhaps you don't even need that.
