Good question! How long have you been eating less than 120 grams of carbs a
day?
Although not paleo really, I've read that taking magnesium before bed helps
you sleep. That is what I do and I sleep very well when I remember to do
this.

The one problem I've encountered since going paleo and on other low
carb plans is troubled sleep. If don't get at least a 120 - 150 grams
of carbs a day I have trouble sleeping. Very unrestful sleep. I wake
up with the bed sheets on the floor. Does this subside if I keep
carbs low for a while?
