Generally speaking, intelligence can be (roughly) measured by comparing the
size of the brain to the body, and forming the appropriate ratio.
We don't even have a developed frontal cortex until we're in our early 20's,
no matter what size we happen to be and I read a while back of a boy/youth
who was of normal size with a substantial IQ and upon examination he had NO
brain. Nothing is carved in stone. Many factors are involved in our brain
development and evolution. But then I digress..... Oliva
