There are indications that Marfan Syndrome and Down's Syndrome have a
dietary component (see www.ctds.info), with most of the damage being done to
the developing fetus in the womb. While there are reports of Marfan and
Down's Syndrome patients experiencing improvements through dietary changes,
I doubt that a "cure" is possible in severe cases. The potential for
complete remission of any disorder through dietary change is dependent upon
multiple factors, such as the severity of the damage already done and the
genes of the individual.
