This is exactly why Bobby Jindal is Louisiana Governor, and Kathleen Blanco
is ?unemployed? Still have to wonder why Ray Nagin still has a job as Mayor
of NOLA. Perhaps the election cycle worked out for him, and people were too
busy rebuilding to mount a recall effort...
