I am a sucker for these Bush-isms, so take this for what it is  
worth.  Inasmuch as this is not the first stereotyped bubba-speak he  
has uttered, I think it is safe to conclude that these statements are  
reflective of his perspective of minorities, and where they places  
are in his mind.  This is almost as classic as what he said about  
Africa and his mission of patriarchy.

George Bush to Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, as he  
gushed about the patriotism of Filipino-Americans:  "I am reminded of  
the great talent of the, uh, our Philippine-Americans every time I  
eat dinner at the White House..."  He was, of course, referring to WH  
kitchen chef 'Cris' Comerford.  (As reported at Huffington Post)
