I met Mayor Dave at the last mayoral discussions before he became Mayor.  I 
would be interested in knowing why he combined two agencies when it was 
quite clear that the African American community, in large amounts, did not 
support the merger and are still unhappy with the result.  We have all been 
introduced to Mayor Dave through what his administration has supported and 
not supported.  Fabu
