There are others, but Internet Explorer 7 seems to have a pretty good 
RSS reader. My Yahoo is also nice if you want a web based RSS reader. My 
favorite though is Mozilla Thunderbird, but you probably don't want to 
use that unless you're already using Thunderbird for your mail client.
