Lean meat = dogfood.

I agree.  I also agree that the admonition about salt is silly at best and 
irresponsible at worst.  Plus, I doubt veggies, fruits and nuts were eaten in 
great quantity -- seasonally at best.  Sounds like a "heart healthy" version of 
a stone age diet.  Where's the grease and guts???
