I have impaired smell, poor wound healing and acne. I also have
complete lack of menstrual period, but this is something I am hoping
zinc will not change. My night vision is excellent and I don't have
hair loss, or depression. So I'm not a brilliant fit, but it's only
costing me £6 to find out.

Ashley, FWIW, I use a taste test product to evaluate my Zinc status called
Zinc Tally from Medagenics, Inc. , San Clemente, CA. It can be purchased
many places; I just did a Google & found it for $5 inc. shipping.

And... if I see any white flecks on my finger nails I know to test. The
white denotes a need for zinc (in my body at least).
