Ok Big guy. I am not upset anymore. Don't stay silent on tribalism and  
harmony until violence erupts. If you can, share advice here with us once a week  
unless if you're extremely busy to allow that. In which case you can do it once 
 a month. I'm sure we will appreciate it.
